Ozarks Lunkers Season Opener

Join K9s For Camo as we kick off the Ozarks Lunkers’ 2026 indoor football season opener against Eau Claire at Wilson Logistics Arena in Springfield, Missouri.

Come enjoy an exciting night of football while supporting veterans and service dogs in need. During the event, K9s For Camo will be hosting a silent auction featuring donated items from local supporters, along with a 50/50 raffle for attendees.

Thanks to a generous donor, if we reach $2,500 in donations during the event, those funds will be matched—bringing the total impact to $5,000 in support of providing trained service dogs to veterans at no cost.

Doors open at 5:30 PM and kickoff begins at 6:30 PM. We appreciate the continued support from our community as we work together to make a difference in the lives of veterans and rescue dogs alike.

K9’s For Camo Poker Run

Roll your throttle for a reason. On Saturday, June 13, 2026, riders from across the Ozarks will hit the road for the K9s For Camo Poker Run — a five-stop ride with one mission and real impact. Registration kicks off at 9:00 AM at The Foxhole, kickstands up at 10:00, and all bikes in by 3:00 PM. At $25 per hand, riders will draw at each of the five official stops — The Foxhole, KJ Brewskies, Howliday Inn Pet Resort, SportClips of Ozark, and Wacky Jacks — with best hand taking the pot at the finish line. A silent auction and 50/50 raffle round out the day.

Every card drawn and every mile ridden helps fund the rescue, training, and placement of a service dog with a veteran at no cost. Most of our K9s come from shelters, many rescued within days of being euthanized, and travel through our Boot Camp at the Ozark Correctional Center where trained offenders work alongside them. By the end of the journey, three lives are saved: the dog, the veteran, and the trainer behind the walls. That’s what you’re riding for. 5 stops. 1 mission. Real impact.

Through a formal dinner, live entertainment with the Isaac Kenneth Band, moving tributes and veteran testimonies, we celebrate the life-changing journey of rescue dogs trained as service animals for veterans with PTSD.
